Manifold Porting

As many engine builders know, there is a lot of power to be made by porting intake manifolds. Centroid’s unique digitizing software combined with Mastercam allows you to not only port-match the runners but also easily copy the complex plenum sections of cast manifolds.

Patented Ballscrew-Driven Design

CENTROID's tilting rotary table was designed specifically for CNC Cylinder head porting. Made in the USA of rigid cast iron the TRT 32-100 provides 32 degrees of tilt in each direction (64 degrees total) so the tool can cut even the most radical ports. Where others have tried CENTROID has succeeded with this ingenous robust design which produces fantastic ports even better than machines costing twice as much!
